North - 3/26/2018: Monitoring Station NWB - M-1 looking north at saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) prairie with cabbage palm (Sabal palmetto). Bluestems (Andropogon sp.), bahiagrass (Paspalum notatum), and beggarticks (Bidens alba) dominate the groundcover.

East - 3/26/2018: Monitoring Station NWB - M-1 looking east at saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) prairie with scattered cabbage palm (Sabal palmetto) and live oak (Quercus virginiana). Some American beautyberry (Callicarpa americana), winged sumac (Rhus copallinum), and bluestems (Andropogon spp.) were observed throughout. US 41 in background.

West - 3/26/2018: Monitoring Station NWB - M-1 looking west at saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) prairie with groundsel tree (Baccharis halimifolia), cabbage palm (Sabal palmetto), and live oak (Quercus virginiana), with some bluestems (Andropogon spp.).

South - 3/26/2018: Monitoring Station NWB - M-1 looking south at saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) prairie with groundsel tree (Baccharis halimifolia), some winged sumac (Rhus copallinum), and muscadine grape (Vitis rotundifolia). Live oak (Quercus virginiana), and cabbage palm (Sabal palmetto) are scattered throughout with one long leaf pine (Pinus palustrus).

Bushy bluestem (Andropogon glomeratus), sword fern (Nephrolepis exaltata), and various mown grasses and forbs dominate the groundcover. US 41 in background.
